I was prank calling this house can i get arrested?
it was like in the mourning and i called this house. i didnt say any threats or anything just was playin around swore a few times and the lady says im gona pay. is there anyway ill get in big trouble?

Boy, oh boy are you in the sht!brbrIf that lady feels like doing something about it, the phone company can trace your call without any difficulty with the same technology as they use to itemize bills and take whatever action they specify in their customer contract. Add to that the various state and bye laws governing nuisance calls and Id say youre for the high jump.
